Water damage from ceiling

In several homes and businesses there are pipes that run through the ceiling and when one of them bursts, it can cause a lot of damage. Fortunately, at this commercial property, they caught the leak in a timely manner and called us immediately. It is well known that the sooner we can get to your water damage, the less damage will occur. Once our crews arrived, they came in to extract the water that had gotten to the floors, removed the damaged ceiling tiles, some wet insulation. Once all of these materials were removed it allowed us to set drying equipment shortly. Our crews continued to check it daily until the drying numbers reached IICRC standards. It typically takes 3-5 business days to dry a structure properly.
