Does Your Family Have a Plan?

Do you have an active plan in place for you and your family in case of fire?  Do you have a designated meeting space? A little preparation now can lead to a safe family in an emergency. 

Here are some tips to protect your family in case of fire.

*Purchase and know how to work a quality fire extinguisher

*Remember to GET OUT and STAY OUT!

*Call 911

*Practice staying low in case it is necessary to go through smoke.  

*Close all doors behind you

*If fire blocks your path stay in the room with the doors closed. Place a wet towel under the door. 

*Set a meeting place and practice it!  Once you are outside go straight to the meeting area. 

Just a few minutes now can make all the difference.
