Jonathan Britt Receives One Team MVP Award

Even an MVP needs time to relax!

“I have never seen an employee with as much grit, knowledge, and leadership as Jonathan Britt”. This is one of the many heartwarming statements that can often be heard from coworkers regarding our Commercial Production Manager, Jonathan Britt. During the most difficult year for the SERVPRO of Warren County family, Jonathan was the glue binding our team together and keeping us pushing forward.

Jonathan was named the One Team MVP, which is a prestigious award given by SERVPRO headquarters to one team member from over 1700 franchises nationwide.  This title is granted based on providing the best service to clients, improvements made to the company, and the individual’s promise to be an overall exceptional teammate. 

Within the past year, Jonathan has been the brains of many improvements in communication and leadership among our departments. His focus for the year was to increase the efficiency between our production crews and office staff. He has implemented many safety and training workshops for our technicians to ensure they are providing the best quality work to our customers. Also, he crafted an Employee of the Month program to incentivize and honor those employees who perform at the highest standard.  Even with his meticulous schedule, Jonathan places top priority on encouragement and serving others. 

SERVPRO of Warren County is eternally grateful to be led by Jonathan Britt and to follow in his vision for our future. Being a One Team MVP is no light achievement. We look forward to seeing the passion for work, ideas crafted, and success achieved in 2020.
