Duplex Fire in Bowling Green, KY

We removed the drywall, flooring, and insulation that was damaged in this duplex home fire

On April 14th, our office got a call from an insurance agent asking for help on a fire in the middle of a duplex home. The shed attached to the back of the building stuck fire and damaged both of the apartment homes. Our Marketing Manager, Brad, rushed to the home to evaluate the damage and create a plan for mitigation and total reconstruction. 

The first step was to clean out the damaged contents and take a full inventory of each item. Creating this list helps our homeowners get coverage to replace the items that are non-salvageable. After that, our production technicians were able to cleanup the insulation, remove drywall, and take up the flooring to make sure the frame of the building was safe and secure. They also worked tirelessly on removing the appliances, cabinetry, and HVAC units that were damaged. Lastly, our Reconstruction Department will come in to rebuild the home and make it look "Like it never even happened."
