Mold in the rafters

The attic of this rental home in Warren County Kentucky had some mold growth due to high humidity and a small water leak. The leak was fixed, however, the owner wanted to remediate the mold for the tenant's health. 

Our crew was able to pull out and replace wet insulation as well as sanding and cleaning the rafters to remove any signs of mold growth. After that was complete, they painted and sealed the area with an antimicrobial paint that will help prevent any future growth of mold.
