Mold Growth in Crawlspace

Humidity caused mold on the joists of this crawlspace in Warren County Kentucky. The insulation was starting to sag and you can see the spots on the wood in the before photo. Our highly trained crew was able to come in and remove and replace the insulation as well as sand and clean off the moldy beams. Drying equipment helped to get the temperature at a good level for us to kill the existing mold and then we were able to spray antimicrobial to help prevent any future growth. At the end of the day we had a very satisfied customer!
