Broken Pipe in Bowling Green, KY

This bathroom was flooded when a pipe burst in the wall while the homeowner was out of town. They came home to standing water in the bathroom and a collapsed ceiling below which left debris and water all over the hard wood flooring. 

SERVPRO of Warren County was able to get a crew on the scene very quickly to begin extracting water and cleaning up drywall and insulation. Unfortunately the damage was very extensive and the floor in the foyer below had to be removed. 

The baseboard and some drywall was removed in the bathroom and the tile flooring dried very nicely. The home is now ready for contractors to come in and lay new flooring and baseboard.

What began as a catastrophe for the homeowner turned out with a happy ending!
